If you've never run before, hate the thought of exercise and need some motiviation this FREE weekly group will be for you! Run by a mum, for mums, Mother Runners aims to take you from a standing start to improve your fitness, your mental health and your waistline.

 

Mother Runners has been created for the many mums in Barnsley who find themselves exhausted, with no time to focus on themselves and perhaps struggling mentally as a result. Join us for a weekly dose of walking/jogging therapy, as you take the first steps on your running journey on a flat path.

 

This is an informal group intended for social and recreational purposes rather than athletic training. There are no fees, no commitment - your only commitment is to yourself, to make time for one hour to get fitter, faster and most importantly happier!
